Restless and antsy, Adelaide climbed out of bed. It was 3:25 in the morning, and all the redhead could think about was chilli. Any type of food would do, as long as it had a bucket-load of chilli in it. Tired of hearing her stomach rumble over and over again, she pulled a hoodie over her pyjamas and snuck out of her dorm room, closing the door, gently, behind her. All of the other girls were either asleep, or didn’t care what she did, so it was easy to get out without anyone saying anything.
The corridors of the school were dark, and the sun wasn’t due to rise for a solid couple of hours, which made it even simpler for Adelaide to make her way down the staircase and onto the sports floor. Lost in her own chilli-related thoughts, the redhead hardly noticed when someone came out of the library doors, only a few metres away. It was dark, but Adelaide immediately panicked and threw herself to the wall of the corridor, her black hoodie only offering a small amount of camouflage. She quickly pulled the hood over her bright red hair, and crouched, waiting to see if she had been found out by a teacher or, hopefully, a student on a similar midnight romp.

Chelsea sighed as she exited the library, her silky pink pajama pants dusting the tops of her small feet. She caught sight of some motion, and quickly stuck the cigarette she'd been lighting behind her ear. "H-Hello?" She called quietly, her British accent seeming loud in the empty hallway.
She took a cautious step forward. "I met you earlier." She said, smiling her pretty smile. It was the weird girl who had greeted her earlier. She smiled again, and pulled the cigarette out from behind her ear. It wasn;'t good for her, but the nicotine was sweet. Besides, she was sure she wasn't the only student who smoked.
"What are you doing up?" The British girl asked, leaning against the wall, the light pink hoodie catching the moonlight. She was very girly compared to Adelaide, but it was alright. She smiled, and offered the pack to the other girl. Not sure if she smoked or not.

There were nights when Angie wished she could just have stayed up all night, this was one of those. She had fallen asleep but it only lasted for about two hours and at 1 AM, she had quietly got out of bed and went for one of her nightly walks. If anyone else was awake, she didn’t know it, as far as she knew no one knew about her walks.
She wandered around the building, not really knowing what to do with herself. Eventually making it down the stairs and towards the library. She wished she had something with her to help with the uneasy feeling she always got after having one of nightmares….which is the reason why she had only made it about two hours of sleep.
Angie had learned to be quiet during these walks and she had yet to get caught, so, wisdom would have dictated that she stop and turn in the other direction upon hearing the sounds of voices in the hallway, however, she wasn’t thinking and one of those voices sounded very familiar. The girl approached slowly and was able to see them….yes….she was sure it was her friend though had no idea who the other girl was. ’Hey” She said to both girls and then turned to Adelaide, as Angie had no idea how long she had been wandering around or what time it was. [b}”I didn’t wake you did I?”[/b]

Chelsea jumped at the sound of footsteps near her. "Oh, dear!" She said, quickly slipping the cigarette behind her ear again. She smiled at the poodle-like blonde. "Hello." She said in her gentle British tones. She clasped her hands together, and watched her walk over to Adelaide, assuring that she hadn't woken the redhead up.
The dirty blonde leaned back against wall, the smell of smoky tobacco drifting towards her, she sighed lightly. She felt a bit left out, after all she was the new kid. She looked over at the two. "I'm Chelsea Goodman," she said to the blonde, holding out a thin, delicate, hand to the girl. "I just moved here from England, how are you?"

Angie hadn’t meant to startle anyone but then again if she managed it they were likely to get caught. Not that she had noticed really that she had, except for the Oh, dear. that slipped from the other girl’s mouth. She gave the girl a polite nod.
There was a smell of tobacco in the air not that it bother Angie but she didn’t smoke. Her manners…she must be slightly more tired than she originally thought as apparently she had forgotten them. ”I’m Angelina Morrision but feel free to call me Angie.” She smiled as she accepted the other girl’s hand. ”It’s nice to meet you.”

"The pleasure is mine." Chelsea said, a smile touching the corners of her mouth. She yawned lightly and glanced at the clock, wondering what time it was. Not that she cared much, time was but an illusion. And Chelsea didn't have time for illusions.
She turned her attention back to Angie. The girl was pretty, almost model-like, with hair that the other girl envied. She pulled her cigarette out from behind her ear, and placed it between her lips. "You're not a snitch, right?" She said with an uncertain smile.
Yes, Chelsea knew how to take over the world, she wasn't afraid to intimidate and crush while she was at it.
